In Canada, women make up nearly half of the entire labour force. However, there are still representation gains to be made in high-demand parts of the economy. In fields related to science and technology, women make up less than one quarter of the workforce.
Donations to this fund will support women pursuing Continuing Education programs in technology-related fields. The goal of this award is to help remove barriers and encourage women to pursue education and careers in fields where they are currently underrepresented.
Eligible Continuing Education programs include software development, cybersecurity, business intelligence, cloud computing, occupational health and safety, and more.
